What is re-fermented sake?
It looks sweet, and it certainly is sweet.
Not sweet like sugar, but a bit like aged sake, sweet and dark - I guess.
It's not the sweetness I was expecting.
I'm going to mention the name, but it's more like a sweet aperitif from a cotton shop.
It has a strong alcohol taste.
I guess it's not for everyone.
I wonder what would be a good accompaniment for this type of drink that leaves a strong aftertaste. Maybe cheese would be good.
