Deconyan
We spent Christmas in Kaga-Yamashiro hot spring, where we had Echizen crab and Echizen sake. It didn't feel like Christmas, though. LOL!
This is a limited-edition, ice-cold matured sake from Sanbon. The font of the label is also nice.
The mouthfeel is refreshing, with a hint of acidity and a touch of sweetness afterwards, and the taste is moist. The aroma is also gorgeous, and it is a gem worthy of the name "Tsuya".
The rare crab meat is dipped in the well-scented and thickened miso inside the shell, and married with "Tsuya".
Ah, paradise...even though it's Christmas. LOL!
