Following the red version of Denshikiku the other day, we opened the yellow version today 🍶.
Red: The aroma is milder than that of Oorigarami.
The aroma is milder than that of Orikagarami, and the alcohol is a little stronger right after opening the bottle, but it seems to have mellowed a little after leaving the bottle open.
The taste is sweet on the palate, but less sweet than the red version, while the umami is stronger, crisp and refreshing. It has a slightly bitter taste.
Personally, I preferred the red one, which was more characteristic, but the yellow one was safe and tasty 😄.
