This is another brand I've been wondering about that I haven't tasted: ❗️
Misato Nishiki 50% polished, 17% alcohol.
The label says Junmai, but it is Junmai Daiginjo.
When I tried it, I found it to be sweet and fruity.
It was in the same family of sake.
Relatively speaking, it is a little less sweet.
