It says that it is an active nigori, so be careful opening the bottle! But I was able to open the bottle just fine. When I took a sip, it was sweet without being sizzling... 🤔 The alcohol was high at 19 degrees, so it felt even sweeter than usual. It was bottled in November of last year, but the fermentation seemed to be over? Is this normal for this sake? It was more like sweet nigori sake than normal 😅🥂.
