The aroma is a bit oaky? I think so 😉 .
The taste has a hint of sweetness and a strong acidity (greeful), and overall it is compact and easy to drink! (Maybe not like unfiltered raw sake? (It may not be like unfiltered nama-shu, but modern type of nama-shu is easy to drink...)
I may have more chances to buy Tobiraman these days! I'd like to drink more of them in the future! 😍😍
