Umeshu (plum wine) made with sake and a new encounter with lactic acid bacteria beverage.
Unfortunately, I was not able to go on a "sake brewery tour" of three historic breweries (Yamaguchi Shuzo Brewery, Yamanohisu Sake Brewery, and Miinohisu) in Kitano-machi, Kurume City and Otouaricho, Mitsui County, but my boss at work bought a bottle for me.
It has a strong calpis-like sweetness and a plum wine flavor.
It has 8% alcohol content so it is easy to drink 😊.
Day 2, even more drinkable and tasty with carbonated water😃.
