After the Colors, the next one was the Yoneshaku Drinking Comparison!
With the help of the sake taster, we were able to have a nigori that we cannot usually drink!
The label on the back has white letters on a black background
The Yongou bottle (normal version) has black letters on a white background!
It took some time to open the bottle!
We inserted an ice pick into the lid and opened it slowly and gently.
Now, the bottle is open!
The bottle is poured into a large glass!
The four of us toast 🥂🥂🥂🥂
Since the end of last year, we have had various light nigori and orikarami, but I think this is probably the best!
We had so many refills that the four of us ended up opening a whole bottle!
It was such a highly praised sake.
The yellowtail radish was also great!
