Sake from Tsuruya, a local supermarket in Nagano Prefecture.
It's been a while since I've had a Daiginjo, but it's a supermarket sake, so that's about it.
However, it is nice to have such a sophisticated sake for everyday drinking.
I usually drink only luxury sake, but this kind of sake is also good. We enjoyed it very much.
