It was from a drinking party sometime ago and it was very good.
It was very good. Because it was a Toubetori, there was no miscellaneous taste and the aftertaste was good. It was a delicious sake with a full-bodied flavor.
It is not too clean and lacking in the characteristic of Daiginjo, but is an elegant yet mellow and luxurious sake.
I don't drink aluzoe very often, but this made me want to try it.
It was delicious.
