It was a delicious sake with a fairly classic aroma, a clean throat, and a delicious taste that finished off with an alu feel.
I have never had a sake other than Kurogu, but I remember Kurogu was very tasty with a refreshing sweet and sour taste.
It is said to be a challenge series brewed with No. 9 yeast and Kyushu (Fukuoka) Yamadanishiki, but now it is off the official website except for Jun Dai, so maybe it was not so well received by the traditional fans of Garden no Uguisu.
