This is a limited edition sake from the tour to the brewery of Drunken Whale Brewery. I was really excited about the brewery tour (laugh). I wanted some DAITO, but... I was able to taste it, so I was satisfied! The Tosa brewery tour is only 500 yen per person, and you get to sample two cups of sake, and you also get a soft-serve ice cream with sake lees, a sake thief, and a souvenir sake cup for 500 yen...seriously, I recommend it! The Tosa brewery's limited edition sake was a very crisp Tosa sake with a strong acidity! The Tosa brewery's limited edition sake was a very acidic, crisp, and refreshing sake!
