The KEG DRAFT SAKE series is a 10L tank sake server that maintains the flavor and freshness of freshly squeezed sake for a long time. This time, we will introduce you to Toyoka, a sake produced by Toshimaya Co.
The aroma has a faint taste of rice.
In the mouth, it is slightly slightly carbonated; KEG is known for its strong carbonation, but this one is a bit more reserved. Then, a lovely sweetness and a refreshing acidity pop → bitter flavor. The bitterness is clear, but it is also somehow fresh and cute. From the image of the aroma, I thought it would be more umami type, but it was a little different, a fresh and refreshing sweet and bitter sake. It's so delicious!
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would compare it to Anna, the main character in "Marnie of the Memories. She has a bitterness in her heart due to her youth, but she is cute in that way as well.
