I believe the story is that the Toyokura Town Farmers Association, or community farmers, took on the task of making the village collectively. 100% of it's Watafune No. 2 is used. This is a case where the sake rice was produced according to the brewery's wishes in order to maintain the rice paddies. I thought it was not a sake for summer (more like autumn). After all, if you buy it, you should drink it in the month after the month in which it was squeezed and the month after that. It is better to drink it in the following month or the following month after the month in which it was made (or to drink it for a whole year). I learned something.
