ムヒーン
It is well-balanced with a soft taste, a slight aftertaste, and a sharpness typical of Kido. The spring-like aroma is not too strong and enhances the taste of spring.
The rice used for this junmai ginjo sake is Gohyakumangoku, with 50% polished koji rice and 55% polished kake rice. The price is very reasonable for such specs. It is very cosy and makes you want to drink a lot of it while viewing cherry blossoms.
