Kasumi Roman" was reborn after a long time in the brewery. Kasumi Roman was born in the middle of winter, when the whole area is covered with snow. In fact, half of it stayed in the quiet warehouse and waited for autumn to come. The lightly muddled sake, which has passed the time peacefully, is reborn as "Shimofuri Roman" when the frost falls on the earth. Slowly matured, it has a rich and delicious flavor. The mellow taste goes well with the taste of autumn.
The aroma is sour like cheese.
It is refreshing on the palate, but also numbing.
A slight bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste.
It is not as sweet as other Romans.
