I was recently introduced to this app by an acquaintance, so I'll be posting retroactive dates as well.
Kitayuki is a sake from Sado Island in Niigata Prefecture.
The concept of this sake is to make a drink that will hit you hard in the throat, but with a refreshing aftertaste, and that you won't get bored with even if you use it every night.
If you want to drink it every day, you want it to be refreshing and to feel the taste of rice.
It is the kind of sake you want to keep at home.
The stability is not hampered. It's delicious!
