フリーター一代男I bought this together with Sakusaku Nouveau. It was a Chiba Prefecture limited edition, so I picked it up without thinking, but I didn't open the bottle until much later. I left it at work for a rather long time...I'm sorry.
It was so far removed from what I consider nigori sake to be that I thought it might be doburoku. The amount of lees was so much that I thought it might be doburoku. It is a dry sake, so there is almost no sweetness, but rather a richness characteristic of nigori sake, and the excessive amount of lees in the sake makes it feel as if you are drinking unsweetened oshiruko (sweet red-bean soup) for a long time. It took me a while to finish it.
