It is a fruity sake with a well-rounded aroma, sweetness, and acidity. I feel that a little lees mellows the mouthfeel. It also has a solid feel. It is easy to drink and can be enjoyed on its own. However, it was hard to match with light rice. It was good with negitoro. ★★☆☆☆☆
