I went on a trip to Yamagata the week before last.
I have been there several times a year and finally got to stop by.
La Jomon ✨✨❕.
I only got 2 bottles this time!
One is here, Nanuka de Dango Saka desu.
It is said to be named after Nanoka-machi in Yamagata City, but when I was in Yamagata, I always said "Nanoka-machi".
This year, they are mixing sake from three breweries equally: Hanyo Otokoyama, Shuho, and Wakanoi.
As for the taste,
The aroma is not so much ricey.
From the first sip, the sourness, sweetness and mildness of the rice spread out.
It is not a fruity sake, but as a sake it is very tasty and delicious 😂.
When the temperature rises a little, the acidity spreads all over your mouth and you can enjoy a long aftertaste☺.
I would like to go back to La Jomon again!
