やす☆Home brew. The color is slightly yellow.
At room temperature, it has a mellow, clear flavor and a slightly strong sharpness with a hint of acidity from the Yamahai process. Although it has been aged, it has no peculiarities and is flat and easy to drink.
When heated to 40°C (104°F), the sweetness increases and it has a nice crispness, and the gentle mildness is irresistible. It is not bad at room temperature, but I personally prefer the balance of lukewarm heating.
