Satsukuroman Junmai Daiginjo-shu, 1 time fire-infused, 4,300 yen
Today's snacks were warmed eggplant, peppers, and mackerel simmered in miso 🐟.
I had a very good impression of this sake when I had a bottle of Romain a long time ago, so I had high expectations for this sake.
The aroma is banana-like ginjo aroma, the initial attack is clean but the taste is full of matte sweetness and sweet until the aftertaste... but the spiciness comes from the back at the end... delicious one ♥️
Romantic and delicious. 💕︎
