GW did not go out anywhere and relaxed at home.
The first bottle in such a situation was a sake with a refreshing name, perfect for May.
It has a soft, sweet aroma and a rounded texture.
The taste is refreshing, but the lingering aftertaste is very strong.
Although it is from a prefecture without a sea, we enjoyed it with simmered kinmedai (sea bream) and natural sea bream sashimi from the Setouchi area.
