I heard it's over now, but what a great program. I really hope they bring it back!
The proprietress of a souvenir shop in Miyajima recommended that I try a few different sakes.
My stupid tongue couldn't tell the difference, but both were rich, spicy, and delicious, with the acidity typical of a sake brewed with sake yeast.
I enjoyed drinking them both, but they disappeared before I knew it, just like the soap I use in the bathtub every day.
