I bought this sake at the sake shop I usually go to because it was reasonably priced for a junmai daiginjo.
As one would expect from a Fukushima sake, it has a rich and robust taste with the flavor of rice. It is a truly mellow sake, sweet and not spicy. Very easy to drink and very tasty😋.
Well worth the price!
