Last week I stayed at Sakekura Hotel in Kawasaki, a hotel owned by Yoshikawa Brewery, and enjoyed the rainfall. I had a special type of assemblage x French oak barrels 😊.
The next day, I bought golden ohanasake at the hotel to go to Ito and opened "Izakaya Odoriko" 🏮.
A slightly pink, slightly sweet sake with flower yeast that I never get tired of drinking. An elegant bottle 😌.
The family beside me across the aisle from me was standing a bottle of sake and eating sashimi, and I got a sideways glimpse of them sticking out 😂🤭.
