ariccy
I've had it before, but only a little bit sunnier, and this time I finally got it within the year.
The aroma is like banana milk.
It has a bit of apple and peach flavor, but the lack of sourness is a bit surprising to me personally!
Maybe I've been drinking too much lactic acid like Senkori or Shinsei.
The taste is slightly carbonated and fruity, but the main flavor is the sweetness of rice.
The taste is full and deep, yet delicate and smooth.
It is still delicious!
Certainly different from any other nigori sake I have ever tasted, it has a different feel to it.
Personally, I like sweet and sour nigori sake, but this kind of nigori sake with low acidity and moderate sweetness, which brings out the mild flavor of the rice to the maximum extent, seems to me to be the king of nigori sake.
I also drank the supernatant and found that the sweetness was even more subdued and the taste was perfectly balanced, which is typical of Jigokin!
No wonder it's called one of the three best nigori.
There is really nothing to complain about except for the taste.
