This may be a bit of a patronizing comment since it is a local sake, but it is delicious.
It is a classic sake.
Drinking it alone, it does not have much personality or assertiveness, so it does not leave a strong impression on the palate.
The PURE series seems to be thicker. I think it is better to use them according to your taste.
I would like to continue to support this sake brewery.
