I bought it together with oysters with shells at a supermarket.
I wanted to have it with bonito from Kochi, but they were out of bonito, so I used oysters that were on sale at half price.
Today I served it lukewarm, not cold. It has a dry taste and matches the flavor of grilled oysters with a dash of oyster soy sauce. I think it goes well with any dishes. I think it is a little too acidic for me. Tomorrow, I plan to drink it cold with meat dishes.
