Mikotsuru純米吟醸 山田錦 火入れ
くるま麩
Purchased at the brewer's store on 8/16 during a tour of Suwa breweries.
The three kinds of sake we drank at the store were raw sake, but the one we bought this time was fire-brewed sake.
The bottle was opened with a loud pop!
The sweet aroma of koji (malted rice) wafts through the air!
Alcoholic and fruity aroma!
It is true that it has a more subdued and calm feeling than the raw sake, but it still has a gassy, clear, and bubbly mouthfeel. ✨️
The sweetness is well pronounced and lingers on the palate for quite a long time.
The taste and aroma are typical of Yamada-Nishiki, and it is a very satisfying sake!
