This morning I received a bottle of freshly brewed nama-shu that I had reserved at the Yuasa Sake Shop in Tamba, Hyogo Prefecture. It has the aroma of fruity nama-shu, a little sweetness on the palate, a little fizzy, and then the bitterness and sourness of nama-shu. It's 18 to 19 degrees, so be careful not to drink too much. I'm looking forward to seeing how the taste changes after tomorrow. After drinking and eating, I enjoy the sour taste of dekopon at this time of year.
