Colorless and transparent. Full aroma of rice cakes and pickles. Slightly aged scent, probably due to the way it was stored in the shop. The aroma is a little strong. The mouthfeel has a strong acidity and bitterness. Bitterness extends to a medium length of bitterness, followed by an astringent aftertaste. Refreshment?
