Junmai-shu made from carefully polished Yamada-Nishiki rice. It has a soft throat sensation. Fresh aroma unique to nama-shu. Light but rich in flavor, this junmai sake has a well-balanced taste. The refreshing acidity finishes off the palate and keeps the sake flowing.
