I neglected last summer's release since it is a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast 😅 It is a strong sake with no aged aroma at all.
Both the aroma and taste are clean and crisp clear Japanese pear and muscat. It has the typical Abe characteristics of acidity in the attack and sweetness of rice, but overall it has a modern light dry sake quality that is good for a smooth drinking Abe 😋😋😋😋 perfect as a mealtime sake 😊.
