I heard it is called Sakabotan because Shibotan is upside down.
It's a fruity dry type of dry wine, so I'm looking forward to drinking it!
The aroma is pineapple-like, but unlike Kameizumi's, it's not too sweet.
It also tastes a little bitter, so it's similar to the recent Kahayo Yakko.
The taste is not so different from that of Hana-yosuyu.
Huahiangyoku is characterized by its rich flavor, but this one has a relatively light taste.
Easy to drink
As expected from the dry sake Shibotan
Unlike the aroma, the sweetness is quite strong, but it is more like sugar than fruity, and the overall taste is pineapple-like, but not pineapple juice like Kameizumi's CEL-24.
Well, this one is tasty in its own way, but it is not a sake like Kameizumi, where the brewery's style is abandoned and the characteristics of the yeast can be fully expressed.
