Here is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison.

(My impression of the drink)
It looks clear and colorless. The aroma is slightly sweet and calm. The first thing you notice on the palate is the acidity. Next, there is a fruity aroma reminiscent of sweet fruit, even though it is dry.
The sake has a sharp taste. I compared it with Suitama at the same time, and found that Tobiroki has a more refreshing flavor. The dryness of Tobiroki remains the same even when the temperature rises to room temperature. Suitama has a stronger sweetness at room temperature.
Suitama is a product where the umami of the rice can also be felt.
