Fukuharasan hanpukai
Went looking for it on Shinmasa day but couldn't buy it.
Drank dinner with sake from the May hanpukai.
Refreshing sweetness and lightness like ramune.
It is easy to drink.
We enjoyed it with stewed pork, eringi mushrooms and bell peppers with mayonnaise.
It will be empty in no time.
It is a sake suitable for summer. I would like to repeat this if it is still available.
