Aomori Sake
Tazake Kojo-zake
This is the most popular Kijo-zake among Tazake. This is the first time for me to drink kijoshu itself. As a lover of sweet and tasty sake, I felt obliged to drink it.
I had actually gone to buy a bottle of Tasake's light nigori, but I bought the last remaining bottle of kijoshu.
It was so sweet that when I put it in my mouth, I could not help but exclaim, "Sweet! It was so sweet that when I put it in my mouth, I said "Sweet! It was like honey. But the sweetness was followed by sourness and a clean aftertaste.
After a few days, the sweetness is reduced and it becomes easier to drink.
