I was cleaning out a storage room and found this sake, forgotten and aged for almost 2 years. It has not been exposed to the sun at all, so the quality seems to be okay. It is possible that the taste is different from the original sake.
It was very sweet and a bit thick, but it was not unpleasant, and it was a fleeting taste that disappeared quickly. I liked it very much, but I wonder if I can drink the same one again. I wonder if I can keep it in the same place for another 2 years💦.
