I am a penguin from Hokkaido who loves sake.
It's more fruity than I imagined, with a banana aroma, good acidity, and a dry aftertaste. It's easy to drink and delicious, so it goes down easy. It is a sake that is easy to match with meals.
Drinking it with oysters from Atsugishi...I felt the sea of Hokkaido.
