Tomikunishiki Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Sake (Springtime)
High quality "Yamadanishiki" produced in Kasai City is polished to 40% and brewed by the brewer with special care and attention.
The final pressing is called "shizuku-shu," in which only the drops that have dropped under their own weight are collected!
The gentle and elegant aroma is gorgeous and light on the palate, with a gentle and fruity natural sweetness.
Light and mellow, yet you can feel the concentrated rice flavor of each drop that drips down from the moromi bag (**).
Fresh and elegant, clear and lingering, with no hint of any impurities.............................blissful drinking!
Even in the spring, I recommend to drink it cooled down like the cool air in the morning and evening.
It is a bit extravagant, but if you warm it up a little like the pleasant spring weather during the daytime (about 30℃), it will expand more gently than ever.
