This will be an amateur comment from a sake lover.
Today, a Fukushima Prefecture fair was held in my neighborhood and I bought this sake. The store staff recommended drinking it lukewarm or hot, so I tried it. It is not dry, but rather has a robust flavor and weight that leaves a heavy feeling in the mouth. However, I was surprised that the aftertaste was not persistent. I am thankful to be able to drink good sake today.
