TosKenaiyama, which seems to be distributed only in Fukushima Prefecture. It is a delicious sake that is slightly sweet but melts in the mouth without leaving a lingering aftertaste.
Today I paired it with Kabako crab and yellowtail shabu-shabu and enjoyed it very much.
