[Very moderate in a good way😁].
The nose is muscat-like, but mild.
It is not so sweet, but it is not dry either.
The fizziness that is often associated with nigori sake is completely absent.
It has both moderate umami and a refreshing aftertaste.
There is nothing really special about it, but it is a delicious sake that goes down smoothly 😘.
The regular junmai ginjo is a bit sharper, but the orikarami has a softer structure 😊.
I think it is a good representation of the "ultimate food sake" as orikarami, in a different way from the regular product: ✌️
