The strong sweet aroma, similar to that of pineapple, has a strange nuance of rice.
The first thing on the palate is a strong, clear rice flavor.
A slight dryness with a hint of a kick comes out.
The lingering aftertaste is a little short.
When paired with crab miso, cold tofu, and vinegared chicken wings, the strong umami of the sake goes best with the peculiar flavor of the crab miso.
Compared to other sake of the same brand, this sake has a different impression because it is less dry and the umami flavor stands out and is well-balanced.
This brand produces a variety of sake flavors and colors on the labels, so it is very fun to drink!
Warm it up to lukewarm.
The aroma is less sweet.
The taste is very delicious with a savory and broad flavor.
The strong flavor of the rice does not disappear even when the sake is heated up
Even when heated, the strong flavor of crab miso goes much better with this sake than the strong flavor of chicken wings.
