It's my first honored chrysanthemum of the season! Looking forward to it!
The aroma is of acidity typical of Kouei Chrysanthemum. The aroma is a little dry? The taste is amazingly good! While it has the acidity typical of Koueikiku, the flavor is robust, and the umami and sweetness spread out. The bitter and sour taste lingers in the aftertaste, so it is not too sweet, and you can drink it without getting tired of it. I recommend this one! It has evolved as it ages. It is too delicious. Glad I got a bottle of this! I'm really thankful for good sake! Can't wait to try this season's Koei Kiku!
