I have the impression that most summer sake is sour and refreshing. Last week I had a dry festival with my seniors and I wanted something sweet to drink 😊.

When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised!
The sweetness and richness are eye-opening.
But it also has acidity and a delicious flavor like freshly cooked rice, and in the latter half of the bottle, there is a lingering bitter aftertaste with a flickering alcohol sensation.
This is delicious!
