First time in Sogape🤗
I was given a bottle of this which I can't buy at the liquor store I go to in Merio.
I opened the bottle and was grateful for the gift.
Maybe I should have let it sit like wine😅.
I looked it up on the net since it was an opportunity to try it.
I found out that there are many kinds of sake.
Numerosis Domaine Ikedalot
"Miyamanishiki rice from the Endeku (Yuan-dong-ho) rice fields.
Sake brewed with sake rice grown by Mr. Daiko Ikeda"

Oh, it's Niimasa. ‼️ is my honest first sip 😌.
Maybe it's because it's a 6 yeast, but it's very similar.
Fresh and slightly sweet, with a strong acidity 😋.
The acidity is assertive from beginning to end, but surprisingly not unpleasant.
but surprisingly, it is not unpleasant.
