First release on 22.05 sun.
The nose is mild, with a strong cedar aroma.
The taste is dry with little sweetness, and there is a hint of acidity, but only slightly.
The main aroma is of cedar, with a slight yogurtiness.
The alcohol content is 13%, but you don't feel it at all.
It seems to be a new wooden vat, and the impression is strong.
I get the impression that it cost a lot.
