I don't drink much Brahma these days.
There were sparkling sake and high-class sake, but I chose hiyaoroshi, which I have never had before!
Delicious with just the right amount of ripeness and beautiful acidity.
The fourth picture is a snack bento (🍱) created through a collaboration between a sake competition and the chef of Hotel Elsereine Osaka.
All of them tasted elegant 😊.
